At Pulse4all we do everything we can to give you peace of mind with an AED that is always ready to use. Your safety and satisfaction are our priority. If you are unhappy with your AED, our service, or anything else, please let us know.
Because we believe in transparency and personal contact, we have a clear complaints procedure. We take all feedback seriously and see it as an opportunity to improve.
How to make a complaint

Please describe your complaint as clearly as possible and, if relevant, include your order number.
What you can expect from us
- Acknowledgement within 3 business days: We will confirm that we have received your complaint.
- Quick resolution within 3 business days: If we are able to resolve your complaint by the end of 3 business days, we will send you a written confirmation of the outcome (known as a Summary Resolution Communication). This will also explain your right to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service if you are not satisfied.
- Our aim (14 calendar days): We aim to resolve most complaints within 14 days, although some cases may take longer.
If unresolved after 4 weeks: If we cannot provide a full response within 4 weeks, we will send you a written update explaining the progress made and when you can expect our final reply. - By 8 weeks: Within 8 weeks of receiving your complaint, we will either:
- Send you our final response, setting out our decision, any remedy we propose, and details of how to contact the Financial Ombudsman Service; or
- Write to explain why we are not yet able to provide a final response and confirm your right to refer the complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

If you remain unhappy after our final response, or if 8 weeks have passed since you first raised your complaint, you can refer it free of charge to the:

You must usually refer your complaint within 6 months of our final response.
Business customers
If you are a business customer who is not eligible for the Financial Ombudsman Service, you may request details of any relevant trade or mediation bodies that may be able to assist with dispute resolution. We will provide these details if applicable.
Vulnerable customers
We recognise that some customers may have additional needs due to age, disability, bereavement, language, or financial circumstances. If you consider yourself vulnerable, please let us know when making your complaint so that we can provide the right support, in line with our Vulnerable Customer Policy.
Data and ICO complaints
If your complaint concerns how we handle your personal data (for example, access to your information or concerns about accuracy), you may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
