Si votre défibrillateur est utilisé, contactez-nous. Dans le cadre du service de remplacement gratuit inclus dans votre abonnement, nous échangerons votre défibrillateur actuel contre un nouvel appareil dans les 2 jours ouvrables.
Toute la maintenance et l’entretien périodiques sont organisés par nos soins dans le cadre de votre abonnement. Cela signifie que vous n’aurez jamais à vous soucier de leur organisation ou de leur gestion.
Aucune formation officielle n’est requise. Le défibrillateur fournit des instructions vocales pas à pas pour vous guider lors de son utilisation.
Pour les endroits avec beaucoup d’enfants/de jeunes enfants souffrant de problèmes cardiaques, nous recommandons le Philips FRx. Ce DAE inclut une clé pédiatrique qui réduit l’intensité des chocs à un niveau adapté aux enfants, pour les enfants jusqu’à 25 kg.
